InteChange is about recognising the workforce as the vital element in business and treating their wellbeing as a fundamental intrinsic value in every aspect of the work. We were founded with the goal of raising awareness and training leaders to recognise their role in maximising employee performance. Our aim is to cultivate a workplace culture where the workforce has a common purpose and employees feel empowered to make a difference to the organisation and to their own lives.
